TRU Realty, under the leadership of Sujay Kalele (former CEO of Kolte-Patil), is launching two premium residential projects in the Santacruz-Andheri corridor, valued at around ₹400 crore in revenue by 2028. The Economic Times The projects will cover about 300,000 sq ft, tapping into one of Mumbai’s most competitive housing micro-markets. Rising disposable incomes, limited land availability, and the desire for premium amenities continue driving demand in such suburbs. Buyers increasingly value connectivity, lifestyle, and prestige, which areas like Santacruz and Andheri deliver. That said, high construction/land costs make premium homes expensive, which tends to push ordinary buyers away. But for investors and high-income homebuyers, these launches offer opportunity. With inflation and material cost pressures, timely delivery and quality will be critical in maintaining trust.
